I really believe it's crucial to keep moving forward and growing as a leader and as a company, but we also need that stability. So, take a moment to look back, reflect, and just chill for a bit. Only then can you really look ahead and keep evolving and innovating.

It gives me this sense of "balance." We need to blend our logic and analysis with our feelings and intuition. It’s all about finding that sweet spot: no ambiguity or fluff, but also no overly complicated risk assessments filled with uncertainties.
