What's gotten into you?

“Reinder, what's gotten into you?” Oh dear...what have I done now? I can already hear my parents in my mind, echoing from when I was 6 years old and I misbehaved. But I mean it earnestly and with a sense of purpose: “What's gotten into you?” What drives you?

I fully engage in my work primarily to discover joy and foster collaboration from a place of spirit within organizations worldwide!

What is the essence of inspiration, truly?

Spirit is the inner flame that propels us into action and infuses our work with purpose. It is that profound passion that fuels us, even when the journey is fraught with obstacles and trials. Spirit transcends mere task completion; it is the driving force that empowers us to embrace our unique gifts and flourish in our endeavors.

When we act from a wellspring of inspiration, we forge a deep connection to our aspirations and encounter a profound sense of fulfillment that transcends mere achievements. It is a powerful energy that compels us to expand our limits, embrace creativity, and courageously navigate the uncharted territories that await us.

Where has your spark vanished?

Amid the chaos of everyday life and the pressures of our careers, we often overlook our authentic selves and inner motivation. We become weighed down by the expectations of our superiors and the organization, following protocols, conforming to systems, and aligning with our colleagues. But where is your distinctive essence and creative spirit? Is it still possible to rediscover it? And when you collaborate with your coworkers, is it mostly transactional, or do you inspire each other to chase what genuinely fuels your passion?

How can you reignite the spark of inspiration within you?

  1. Take the time to reflect regularly, ensuring you do so from a calm and peaceful mindset.

  2. Acknowledge your strengths and abilities, and observe them thriving in your life.

  3. Celebrate your accomplishments and share them with others, as this can be incredibly uplifting!

  4. Find joy in each other's presence, as laughter serves as a strong ally.

This is absolutely attainable with your team!

Through meaningful reflection with your team about what genuinely motivates you, you can tap into your strengths and develop a greater appreciation for each other's distinct qualities. Recognizing everyone's talents is crucial, as it enables us to cultivate and share these skills within the group. Celebrating accomplishments, big or small, not only enhances motivation and engagement but also creates a lively and supportive workplace environment. Sharing experiences and acknowledging successes strengthens the bonds among colleagues and fosters a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

What impact does Inspiration have on your workplace and clients?

Very simple: a workplace where individuals feel valued and inspired to become their best selves!

Results come naturally and joyfully. When you engage with inspiration, it resonates with your customers and users. They recognize your passion and dedication, which elevates the quality of your services or products.

Additionally, customers often sense a deeper connection and appreciation for a company that exudes authenticity and enthusiasm. This can lead to increased customer loyalty and encourage positive word-of-mouth. Furthermore, employees who are inspired are typically more creative and innovative, resulting in fresh and improved solutions to meet customer needs. Thus, by cultivating inspiration within your team, you are also nurturing the satisfaction and success of your customers.

In essence, when we operate from a place of passion, we cultivate a win-win scenario: employees experience greater fulfillment and engagement, while customers enjoy an exceptional experience.
